Located in Shandon, Cork’s very own hilltop village, St Anne’s Anglican Church is a key landmark building in Cork and has been a place of worship since 1722. The elegant tower is constructed in limestone and red sandstone and topped with the Cork salmon. It provides views across most of Cork City and houses the bells made famous in song and that visitors can chime. Nearby is the Cork Butter Museum and Shandon Street.
